　　I go to work as soon as we get home. Clifford watches me closely.

　　我一回到家就起头忙活。Clifford很当真的看着我。

　　He can't see where he is going. What a mess!

　　他处处钻。的确一团糟!

　　I help Clifford. But my card is really a mess. Now I have to do it again.

　　我要帮Clifford。可是我的卡片真的糟透了。我不得不从头做一张。

　　I get another idea. I sign the card with my handprint.

　　我想到了别的一个主张。我把指模印在卡片上。

　　I forget to close the top of the stamp pad. That is a mistake.

　　我健忘盖章台的盖子。的确是大错特错。

　　The next day we give Mom her presents. She loves them all. She sees the stamp pad on my sweater. But she doesn't worry about it. She knows what happened.

　　第二天咱们把礼品送给了妈妈。妈妈很喜好。她看到了我毛衣上的印台。可是她一点都不关怀。她晓得怎样回事。

　　We take my sweater next door to Clifford's mother. It fits inside her basket. Now she has a Mother's Day gift, too.

　　咱们把我的毛衣带到隔邻Clifford妈妈那边。毛衣铺在她的篮子里正适合。此刻她也有了母亲节的礼品了。

　　Even though Clifford grows up, he's still his mother's little puppy.

　　即便Clifford长大了，他仍是妈妈的小宝宝。
